We are a family business and have been trading online for many years, both on eBay and Amazon, and have developed an enviable reputation for provided great value products backed by customer service we believe is second to none. 

When establishing our website we have tried to make it as easy as possible for customers to find the products they require as quickly as possible without trying to negotiate screen after screen of attempts to entice the customer to view other items.  Similarly when buying from our site you are not required to waste time registering your details and remembering passwords.  Simply complete the billing/delivery address for the order and complete your purchase.

Delivery info.

 

This site can only be used for shipping to the UK.  
(Please contact us if you require a quote for European Shipping)

Items are normally dispatched within 24 hours Mon-Fri.   If choosing Royal Mail as your delivery option then your items are sent by Royal Mail services which may include Recorded or Special Delivery.  If your order is large or heavy we may chose at our descretion to upgrade it to a courier service.


If choosing our set price £5.95 courier delivery this may be by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by one of our preferred couriers.  Special Delivery items are delivered by 1pm on the next working day (excludes Sat, Sun & Bank Holidays) after dispatch. 95% of courier deliveries are received the next working day after dispatch and can be delivered between 07.30 and 20.00. The choice of which service used is at our discretion. Please note, an additional charge is applicable to courier deliveries to the UK Highlands and Islands.

Please note that a signature will be required for any items sent by Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery or Courier.  If you are not available to receive your delivery a card will be left which will enable you to contact the carrier directly to arrange redelivery or collection if prefered.  If re-delivery or collection is not arranged within the timescales set by the carrier then the item will be returned to us.  If this occurs we will contact you and may either arrange redelivery at an additional cost or refund you for the item price only.
